YES.

T3/T4 exhaust housings are your better choices due to the availability of different flow rates. This helps tune the turbo's spool rate and maximum HP potential to the engine/car.

The FP housing is well matched to the "optimum" flow a/r as determined by FP, whether it's correct or not as compared to the available T3/T4 housings is hard to say. Supposedly it falls in between the T3 .63 & T3 .82 housings. But the FP3053, FP3065 & FP3575 turbos seem to do really well.

It seems as if any other turbo with a Mitsu style housing is going to spool quicker, but have less HP potential due to the more restrictive exhaust flow.

Just remember lower a/r numbers = quicker spool-up with less HP potential and larger a/r numbers = slower spool-up with more HP potential.
