You are one ghetto mofo... Just buy some SS autochrome intercooler and piping kit for less than $200 and call it a day. PVC would work fine but how are you going to put a BOV on it? PVC can handle 200psi no problem, some even up to 450psi. I know quite a few people who use it to route air piping for their air compressors and it seems to work just fine. Just might not get that hot.
