oil cooler crush washers

I need a set of the copper crush washers for my oil cooler on my '88 quest. I'm unable to find the PN on the internet, so it's microfiche time! They may possibly be "banjo fitting washers" also, I didn't check for that.

found the number,

oil cooler eyebolt washers: MB033054 (if that's a set of four, that'd be fine, 2 is ok also)
