Damn. Sucks to hear about the accident (that wasnt your fault). I hate people who talk on the phone when they cant even drive and pay attention while NOT talking on the phone. Those people are my biggest fear when I'm on the bike! I say make her pay also and hopefully she learns her lesson and wont be on the phone next time. Funny part was that the insurance company wasnt surprised about it, haha. Take her license AWAY! lmao.
