Not necessarily. You can get single springs from companies like Manley or Ferrea. Manley's are more cost effective. CVD had them and didn't have a problem with them.

Wait for the HKS 280s. You heard how great they sound on an Evo... I'm sure they sound just as shitty on DSMs.
