I'd say just change the belt. I've seen the belt skip just 2 teeth in one case and it bent valves. If the belt goes, it'll take about half the valves with it. Since the 4g63 is an interference design, the valves and pistons occupy the same space at different times - it can fuck up the pistons as well. Its a possibility. In one rare case, it cracked the head. It'll lead to a head job. I agree with Josh - I wouldn't risk it dude. At the very least, it'll mean bent valves.
