After I initially posted up asking for people's opinions on the Bullseye TO4B and hearing numerous opinions downplaying the turbo, I've been rather skeptical of all the hipe about Bullseye's products. Now I see on Tuners that the one and only Ecoli adds some nice ownage in a Bullseye thread:
