I just got a 1997 Integra, i am looking to drop it down a bit but cheaply, cuz thats how i roll!! I was wondering which give a better ride? Skunk2 or Tenzo R if you have any opinions or other brands to look into... that whould be great. I mentioned these two because they are brands i know and they are cheap, on Ebay anyways...

Thanks- Andy

Most people here use Eibach springs I think, that's what I'm using right now.

I'm pretty sure the Acura Integra was one of the best cars in it's class for handling. Why would you want to mess with that?

I don't think many people on this site has dropped, thought, or cared about dropping an Integra before.....

As for DSMs......the Eibach "pro kits" are my favorite.

You might get more results on MNSC......for the Honduh stuff.

for show or handling? if your going for show go with coilovers (pretty much any will do. if your looking for handleing and to not get the bouncy effect do coils and struts or lowering springs and struts. I lowered my gsx with coilover that i got from customdsm.

Skunk2 For sure! Just make sure you put in struts to compliment the springs.

If you care much about ride quality vs just dropping it then maybe look elsewhere besides Tenzo R and Skunk2.

I'm a honduh guy so I might be able to be of some help.

First of all, do you need coilovers, or would lowering springs be an option as well?

What kind of ride quality are you looking for, and how much do you want to lower it??

Also, are you a member of www.honda-tech.com ??

If not, go there and search and see what other people recommend. I wouldnt make a post about it there b/c it probably has been covered several times, and the search is faster anyway.
