Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
I got a loan for my 94 stealth only difference was because the car was older than 97 it had a higher interest rate.

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
LOL, Anyone want to buy a Jeep
The car also has:
60k on car and motor
lighter flywheel
99 Front end
and a pulley upgrade
He wants to replace it with a 99 VR4 if he sells it and the price is PERFECT

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
Hm...i'd Have To Say Get The 3s. Believe It Or Not The Car That Got Me Into The Whole Car Scene Was A 3s! Lol. It Was The Gto From Gran Turismo! I Just Dont Have A 3s Because I Cant Afford It. If Ur Lady Is Going To Be Driving It Too, Get The 3s. She Wont Appriciate The Gsx For What It Is. My Girl Wanted To Get A 2g Talon, So We Got Her A Esi. (a Friend Sold It For Cheap) Lol. When She Started Driving It...she Started To Notice The Difference. Now She Always Wants To Take My Awd 1g. Lol.

HOLY SHIFT KEY BATAMN! LOL
The woman has already had a 98 GSX though, and she enjoyed that car.
No pics yet, I guess the first thing to do if Jana wants to seriously think about a 3S or DSM is to put the Jeep up for sale and hope it sells.

LOL, I have a renewed faith so to speak. For the information I have, given the car is in GREAT shape what do some people think a good price would be?

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
I'd still go off KBB/NADA. It shouldn't be worth much more than that anyways cause it doesn't sound like it's a very very unique 3/S. Just my opinion.

Hmm...sounds like a dr650 car. Send me a pm with the car info allan, I'll browse it over for you, see if there are any holes.
Hopefully it works out for you!

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
Not at the moment. I'm really torn on what I want to do and I'd need to sell the Jeep before I coudl pick anything up. If I could move the Jeep by the end of May I think I'd buy the Stealth. If I can't unload the jeep by mid/end of summer then I'll keep it and wait till I have a few loans paid off at the end of the year and really have some buck to spend.

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
Well I fired up the Stealth in question this past weekend, and drove it around a bit. It's been a very long time since i've driven something remotely that quick. I was wrong about the size of the turbos on it, but i'm gonna leave my new findings out of the limelight for now.
I really like the car, and the 99 front end is sweet on it, however I think I would shave the mitsu emblem from it as it just doesn't look right on a Stealth.
I'm hoping to see what happens with the Jeep and then go from there, but I'd say it's 50/50 on weather I'll be driving the Jeep or the Stealth in a month or so.

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
Hopefully you get that Stealth, good luck with the Jeep sale! Have you talked to anyone about selling it on consignment yet? Not sure if Steve does anything like that, but I know a lot of smaller/local lots do.

Re: 99 GSX vs 96/97 3000GT VR4
I haven't really advertised it much yet in any means. I will do that after it get's all dazzelled up again and the tail light and bumper are fixed (next few weeks). I'm not in any real rush, but if it sells quick, then yes, it's RT/TT time! WooT!
