Now, back on topic where this thread should have stayed all along, videos like this make me sick. Like it or not he is the president of the US and should be acknowledged as such, but he should not be held on this pedestal as our savior that his follows have made him out to be. Hopefully these kids parents are smart enough to make sure this stops. Politics have no place in school and honestly I think it shouldn't even be discussed since children are so impressionable and it would be nearly impossible for the teacher to present both sides equally without at least a little bias to one side or the other. Same thing with religion, it has no place in school since its all opinion based.

I remember in my 5th grade class we discussed politics, and compared presidents, and asked us who we would vote for and why. I voted for Clinton, cuz he was the shit. I also said the pledge, with the word god in it, and also had moments of silence so the kids who wanted to pray could. Me being agnostic, I just sat and doodled. I dont see why everyone is so eager to strip one persons rights just to appease another persons. If an athiest doesnt wanna say under god, he can just have that censorship pause in his pledge, or say water, or some shit. But say the damn pledge. Again, all you people have to many fucking opinions of what is "right" and "wrong"

News flash,

Not everyone is Relgious
Not everyone thinks Jesus is real
Not everyone is a conservative
Not everyone is a liberal
Not everyone is an athiest
Not everyone is white
Not everyone is black
And most peoples opinions dont matter.

What Im saying is I've been around plenty of people, who are white and "sound" black, and who are black and "sound" white, as well as asians who "sound" mexican. So my point is, that by going off of purely voice is retarded. Call me ignorant or whatever all you want, but I wait to pass my judgements on people until I've interacted with them. For all you know that teacher was as Conservative as they come and left it up to the kids to think this song up.

Again, since none of you seem to have an answer to my question what does a black man or woman "sound like"? Whats the matter here? I mean if you can't describe it then so be it, but either way, to say someone is a certain race off of how they sound is ignorant. Its assumptions allllll the way around.

Like Kracka said, this whole thread got right off topic from the very start, because a bunch of people jumped in and called the OP a racist. Funny how that same thing happens every single day in the media. Someone calls out Obama on any of his crazy socialist policies and they are immediately a racist. Why can't any dems just actually answer a question directly without throwing up some lame diversion and skirt the issue? Because the general public wouldn't like the answer, that's why. His healthcare plan would bankrupt our system, his foreign policies are the equivalent of falling on our sword, and he spends all of his time tearing down everything good about America and replacing it with filth. And for all of that, we get kindergartners chanting his name in school. My son is in kindergarten, and if I ever hear he's chanting Obama in school, I'll be down there in a hot second. Next we'll have 40" bronze statues of him in every major city in the country.

I'm sick of people attacking Fox News. Yes, it is a right-wing media outlet, but so what? All the others are left-wing so it really doesn't matter since none of them are neutral parties! Ok since I got called out by Kracka, Im not running from any issue. I was just getting tired of trying to get an answer for what a black person is SUPPOSED to "sound like".

And Mloker, if you dont believe in the country you live in, then why live there. That would be similar to using a product you dont believe in, or a following a religion you dont believe in. Im not trying to make the USA sound like a cult or religion but there is a reason people are called Patriots. Its because they believe in the country, and what the country stands for.

In fact, if you didnt read earlier, Im totally for peoples individual freedoms, just not at the expense of others, also, tolerance, and logic would be nice. You cant expect to walk into a catholic church and throw down your blanket, face to the east and praise Allah without getting some flak.

A black person sounds black. What more do you want said?
