Artist: Marc Broussard
Album: Carencro
Review: Who's got soul? He's got soul. They say don't judge a book by its cover and Marc definitely is one of those not to judge. When you first listen (without knowing how his physical characteristics look like) to the music produced by Broussard, you would probably assume he is african-american/black. He's got that rich southern voice found in church gospel singing and he combines that with his guitar and unique style to make what is his style of music. Gospel soul, a guitar, and music combine with lyrics about his life experiences to make this man a newcomer among others who are going to change the current "scene" in today's musical genres.

Sounds like: a soulful Gospel dude with a voice that he knows how to use very very well.
