Re: Galant VR4

the only problem I have is a clutch issue, which I could use some help with.

I can get into a couple gears only after adding an extension to the slave cylinder push rod (the extention is a 3/8ths socket)

I have a L4 competiton clutch with a new fidanza flywheel, I have bled the clutch system, I need to know a couple things before I continue.

what is the proper travel of the slave cylinder? in cm or mm

where does the clutch fork need to rest?

I am guessing that the clutch fork is bent, any suggestions?

Re: Galant VR4

Is this an E85 or race gas only car?

Re: Galant VR4

e85 only, it is chipped for 780cc's for 92 octane, im just going to drop in my 880cc's and do the fine tuning with my SAFC,

I assume that I would blow my car up if I ran 92 octane?

Re: Galant VR4

No, higher compression just limits the amount of boost you can run before you start knocking.
