So what happened today?

so I went up there today fucking yelled at him after he went thought my box and took out what he thought belonged to the shop. So pretty much I got it all back all the paint (so I can still to the tails) all the other body stuff and all the car parts I had up there. I am going to make the talon drivibal tomorrow up there and get it home. I will probley have to take out all the draws out of my box and put them and the box in the back of my truck to get it home till I find a new job.

He said he did not what to be a ass so my dad and I could take as long as we need to finnish getting the talon back toughter but I think it is to late for that. Also he did not want it to come to this and was trying to get us to stay up there till the sale of the shop is done but fuck that if you change the locks and dont pay us there is no way I would stay. I told my buddy darrin that is still there his plans on shutting the shop down this week sence we are gone and they can not do custom fab or body work that we pulled in to the shop.

Looks like he finally realized he pissed you off pretty bad and is trying to reconcile, but fuck him. He's an asshat and needs a good swift kick to the nuts.

Do you have any kind of time card that shows that you worked x amount of hours for the pay periods that you didn't get paid?

My guess (based on the limited info in this thread) is that he's stalling on payment. It's harder to get away with not paying at all than it is to stall for a month or two to cook the books. I expect he'll end up forking it over, but not until his purposes are served or he is forced.

At least that's what I would expect of someone whose priority was money over decency.
