I would much rather have just my own house instead of a town home. But I suppose I need to stop being pickey. What waterfront areas are there? I'm not that familiar with rogers.

Also I am 95% positive that Alcoa is not Union, but not 100%.

And Chris, nah I didn't get to look at it yet. Apparently this guy has like 5 different cars so he doesn't drive it everyday to work. I'm gunna have my friend talk to him somemore who works with him.
