Before you send your tranny off(if you do), ask the place before hand to give you a precise time estimate on when you will have your tranny back. What i have found in the past is that some people who race and do these services as a business as well, sometimes their own personal stuff/projects will be priority over yours and that's why the delay is so long. It happened to me once before with a place. I won't say everyone does it but it happens.
