That picture actually makes the car look quite a bit better than it really is. The driver's side door, fender, and rear quarter panel are pretty messed up. I have a different door for it which I'm hoping to get swapped on this week. The 1-2 synchro is basically gone and from everything I've read, it has leaky valve stem seals because the car smokes at start up and when idling.
As for the S-10, last fall I decided I wanted to sell it but my mom absolutely loved the truck. I've always liked her '99 Dakota so instead of selling the S-10, we basically swapped vehicles: she got the S-10 and I got the Dakota.
