I can agree with Jet, you may have to start over. A few weeks back, At work here i had a pc with windows xp that would continuously reboot itself. Coudn't get into safe mode, couldn't do last known good config, etc.. no matter what, the status bar on the buttom(when starting up), would get so far and then it would just reboot itself.
I ended up reformatting and putting xp back on. I actually used Norton Ghost and put an image that was close, back on it. Saved tons of time.
Unless you have data on there that is extremely critical, sometimes its faster just to start over.
