Call customer service and be really really nice. Then say how rediculous it is and blah blah
Then ask about other plans. It's easy to get out of those situations; I know because I've worked on the customer service end of similar companies and honestly 80% of the customer service employees of the bigger companies don't really care if they credit you back a little bit of money because it's not technically their money they're losing. I say try it and if you catch someone on a good day, they'll hook you up, otherwise if they're PMS'ing, good luck.
