I had them pressure test the system and find and fix any coolant leaks. Foudn one and fixed it. As well as finish my spark plugs and wire install and get me a new battery. That's the work that had been done already. Well the main thing I was having them look at was the transmission. They said it was internal clutch failure and I needed a new transmission. With that and some other shit (ball joints and brakes) they quoted me over 5k. Needless to say I stopped at everything but they said they had a their parts department looking for transmission that coudl sav eme some $$$. We where playing phone tag and the last thing we chatted about was me commign to get the truck but we said I woudl wait a bit for them to have a few more days finding a tranny. Now a week later I get this call about today being their last day and not know and I just don't have a clue. You would think a heads up would have been given more than just a few hours.
