A good way to check your pedal assembly is to push your clutch in and let it come up as far as it will go on its own. Then take your hand and pull up on the clutch pedal. If you can pull up on it quit a bit then your assembly could be pretty worn and might need replacing. I have never done one myself but I heard they are not too fun, I think Cher (.guest.) off this board has done one recently. You could ask him for some pointers on doing it.

That would be me that did it... Not yet complete...

And no the pedal does not have to come up ALOT when you pull up on it. Mine barely moved and thats enough play in the lever to mess things up quite a bit.

I had it welded and its back in just have to bleed it and see if that helped. Everything is new so it should be mint.
