Universal Technical Institute (UTI). They offer your basic auto tech and marine tech stuff, an actual certified NASCAR technician course. They also have graduate programs that focus on one single manufacturer - Audi, BMW, International, Jaguar, Mercedez Benz, Porsche, VW, and Volvo. The graduate courses offer paid tuition by the manufacturer and you get to touch their cars a lot.
