Thanks. Unfortunately, the ported intake manifold will be coming off. Since the install I've heard a faint whistle on moderate acceleration. I initially thought it may be a slight leak, but I've heard from others that they experience the same thing after installing a ported intake manifold. It would be nice if things like this were disclosed beforehand rather than people not mentioning it until others have trouble. Luckily, I should be able to do the swap myself this time around in under 2 hours. Sticking with my goals: No compromises.

This made me think of whistle tips, that could get annoying fast.

About 30 miles on it so far...and yes, I'm ready to be rid of it The first time I accelerated I was like WTF?!?!
