Maybe a stud will work if you start the nut before the housing is tight against the turbo. Just a thought, anyway, I think I am going to try to talk to a Tial Engineer and see what the issue is with there stuff, there may be something that has been designed to resolve this like a sleeve or similar. Maybe a wire o-ring and reciever groove with a metal gasket. It may not be a simple solution, but it would be solid.
