No...

Are you saying that there is a TT engine @ 14psi, the single turbo engine @ 14 psi and a single turbo car at 28 psi, it'd be the same hp as the other 2 (14psi cars) power wise?? If so...it doesn't work that way. There are ALOT of factors that come into play with this kind of question.
