This societey is so full of double standards its pathetic, I agree that it pays to be a previously surpressed minority in this country. You get all the breaks, preference to jobs that you are not as qualified as the next person, you get the job because of your race. Whatever happened to learning something in school and beating somebody out for a job because you are more qualified, not because your a minority.

Its total bullshit and even you tree hugging mother theresa loving homos that are sticking up for this crap know it, you just feel the need jump into their 'shoes' for a brief period for arguments sake, if somebody gave you the option to be a minority, I doubt you would be jumping on that offer.
