Re: Real Knock or Phantom Knock?

Say maybe that stock inter cooler of mine and sa gas as well explains why i got 27counts of knock at 5600 i think it was. BP Is flowing through my lines it seems to be a lot more knock resistant. Once things warm up it will knock regardless. I need E85! My Numbers were at about 16psi on a evo 3 16G

Sounds about what I'm getting. I get knock every now and then, but rarely. I upped the fuel at 2000-2500 RPM and it went away, happens during WOT or cruise in any gear. Same kind of thing you're getting?
Don't know if it's actually knock, really doesn't seem like it. Fuel at that level's around +5 to +10 if I remember correctly. Don't have Link in front of me so I haven't the slightest of what I set it at, just enough so that it wouldn't pick up any real or phantom knock at that RPM. No knock whatsoever at anything higher than that that's for sure.
