He has the stock fans back in from what I've been reading. Just have them on all of the time, and see if it works. I had 1 stock fan in my 1g, with way more mods, 24psi of boost, and never pushed a drop of coolant. Did you swap in new headstuds with the new headgasket? If not they couldve stretched and be causing the headgasket to not be sealing.

ya im kinda thinking i may have to just have that one fan on all the time. But yes i switched out the head studs for new ones. couldnt have used the old ones if i wanted to, they were really stretched

I thought you said you had the fans on all the time already?? or is that just what you tried? Is your water pump working 100%? ( belt tight )

thats just what i have tried. but if i dont click the fans full on on the dsmlink then it wont come on. and yes all my belts are tight and water pump is brand new and doin its job.
