just use your hand... its so little torque that you don't need mechanical advantage

However, being able to just torque it down right the first time would be nice. It probably takes me 4-5 tries each time to get it right. Not terrible

I was over watching them work on Rosey's tbelt, and it really seems like you can't torque the Evo tensioner pulleys by hand. It's easy on a DSM motor because turning the bolt clockwise helps torque the pulley more, but on an Evo motor you're spinning the pulley the opposite direction and tightening the bolt is going against the torque you want on the pulley.
