I don't see this as being anything worthwhile to think about as even the stock intake feels like it weights next to nothing IMO. I'd go with the Hawver, a better intake is worth a couple extra pounds. But you can feel the acceleration difference when you take out your floormats I'm sure....

The best way to go faster is to lighten the load.
Get rid of your turbo cause look at how much weight that adds.

Don't be a dumb ass, you sound like a little bitch with statements like that. That intake probably makes no more power than my JMF and my JMF is lighter.

every pound counts when you want to go fast

If it didn't super cars wouldn't have exotic light wieght metals used in thier construction. Racecars wouldn't have carbon fiber and aluminum seats or plastic windows.

Removing wieght is the #1 way to make your car faster, handle better, and stop quicker.

You're the one who sounds like the little whiney bitch. Big fucking deal it's probably 5 lbs heavier. How about you give your self a break and go fuck your JMF intake for a change, you sound in love with it.

Not to mention I'm sure your JMF intake is a lot more expensive than this cast mani...

+1, you're the one wining about how heavy the intake is. Race barefoot and naked why don't you, it'll save weight (the same amount or more than the difference in intakes).

Yeah, and that's why my wife's Escort is so fast & stops so quickly, especially compared to my heavy Eclipse.

If having a light car is so important to you, why start with such a heavy ass car, get a Honduh instead.
