Re: Ceramic coating???

Oh almost forgot, the black and blue are single stage colors designed to withstand turbo an nitrous temps (rated over 2000 degrees Fahrenheit) and the other colors (red, orange, silver, titanium) would need additional base coating to make them last on turbo applications. Because of this, there is an extra cost for non turbo coatings. Please call for accurate pricing.

Also, we generally coat the outside AND inside to offer the best performance and protection of your manifold.

Re: Ceramic coating???

Bob is the shit, he has done all my coatings and port work. I love it.

Swifty i'll wait a bit, that "trick" isn't really a secret and a bit risky.

Re: Ceramic coating???

I'm considering getting my Magnus intake mani coated with that heat dispersant stuff, so I'll be sure to keep you in mind as soon as I'm able to take my car out of commission for a week or so.

Another plus for duder.

Want to see more of his work? See the attachment.

The valve covers are his work, t-stat housing, so are the manifolds, downpipes, and anything that isn't polished (I did that). He does excellent work, highly recommended.

It's great stuff. We actually have a package that would have both the dispersant on the outside of the manifold and a second ceramic thermal barrier on the flange to minimize heat transferred from the head (kind of like a phenolic spacer). Good stuff.

+1 for Bob @ FFP. He did my mani and exh housing in Black about a year ago with that Turbo X stuff I believe. I'd recommend him any day.
