It doesn't matter, the company will still not own up to their mistakes and take the necessary corrective actions. Employees make up a company, they are not the company. If employees screw up the company must apologize, pay the price, and take the necessary actions.

i was just wondering cuz in march i orderd like $400 worth of stuff and had it shipped 2nd day.. well 3 weeks later no parts i called them and all i got was "ill figure this out and give you a call right back" that went on for another 2weeks. then i just told them to cancel my order and refund my money, that also took another 2weeks..
