Something to do with intake manifold or or your exhaust manifold
loss of pressure in intake manifold is my guess. Could be also referring to the MAP sensor (?)

I have also heard of this code to be EGR Valve Circ Electrical Malfunction

Start by cleaning out the egr tube first to remove carbon buildup, check vacuum hoses/electrical connection to the EGR solenoid/valve (assuming you have EGR)
