i still cant figure this problem out it hessitates at 4 thousand rpm i flushed the fuel rail and fuel injectors but nothing but the codes that where sent to the ob2 scanner are p1400 p1104 p1105 anyone know

for p1400 where is that sensor located

Something to do with intake manifold or or your exhaust manifold
loss of pressure in intake manifold is my guess. Could be also referring to the MAP sensor (?)

I have also heard of this code to be EGR Valve Circ Electrical Malfunction

Start by cleaning out the egr tube first to remove carbon buildup, check vacuum hoses/electrical connection to the EGR solenoid/valve (assuming you have EGR)
