How to remove a tapeworm

Yeah that was for sure not a tapeworm...And i hope they went to a doc after other wise i am sure he is very ill now, if not dead. There was obviously an infection that could surpass the outer layers of skin and spread into his organs. He needs to get it scrubbed out with a sterol wire brush and then pack it with gauze 2-3 times a day and clean it until the infection clears up....I could go on but that is just the nurse in me...
