Search the VFAQ. Basically its sending a constant ~14V to the fuel pump instead of the stock ~12.5V in order to get a higher flow rate and a more constant delivery.

Make sure to rewire your fuel pump as well.

Get a dyno-tune EVERY time you perform a major mod such as installing a new turbo, injectors, cams, etc unless you actually know what you are doing, even then a dyno-tune is a great idea.

Not that it matters now, but my walbro 255 is nearly silent in my quest, and it's mounted outside the tank and under the rear floor, which has no insulation over it. I can't hear it inside the car.
