Re: The O.G. members thread.
I think I am member 10 or 11 on this board, but most of us were all on the older dsmstyle board, many of you before me.
I had an non-turbo dsm in the '90s, a 94 Talon 5 speed 4g63. Then I convinced my GF at the time to buy a 1995 Talon TSi AWD with just over 40,000 miles in 1999. Raptor and BrnOutKing first helped me down the modding path. Now I am married to the girl who I convinced to buy the DSM. We still own the now heavily modded 95 and an MR.

Re: The O.G. members thread.
I don't know if I am consider an old guy especally since I just got my first dsm not too long ago... but I was the 50th member to sign up on the original board over 4 years ago.
Everyone keeps talking about old turbos... remember when the Mutts were the Sh*t? I think all the othe older ones have been mentioned (Green, Red, etc)
Later,
Stuart

Re: The O.G. members thread.
i remember when i first met all of you at that go kart racing place, i believe it was one of the first dsmstyle gatherings. back when Raptor was still legit and working at a ISP.
when we would roll out to uni with 12 dsms (all AWD) when it was 50 degrees out.
When on my 21st bday a bunch of you pitched in and got me some saweet tire flys. LOL
When we would all hang out at brians. (slow white)
when there was drama between the two couples on the site. (aj and jana vs brian and jenny)(sad times)
When me and S2Kracka had beef for no appearant reason.
When brians car started on fire with Matchbx underneith it. LOL
when people wouldnt get shot going to uni.
When people DIDNT own evos.
When there was a huge rivalry between the stangs and the dsms in the auto trader lot.
When we decided to take over the spin cycle lot and claimed it as our own.
God i miss those days.

I was riding around with Kris Ali and my cousin Mo before that (too young to drive).

Re: The O.G. members thread.
Snap. My first encounter with the dsmstyle group was at the amoco/bp on the other side of 62 from edit. The only one I knew was Reid and he wasn't there.

You dont need to knock me over the head to have tauni have her way with me, just steal her beer and blame it on me.
Too bad we dont have that old thread where we were threatening each other and pissed off. AHHH the memories, that is when me and Jakey were Mods. lol

Re: The O.G. members thread.
I wasn't much into MN-DSM, but I met Allan on MIAC. He told me about DSMStyle and I was on the forums when there were maybe a dozen or so people and about three posts per month.

Re: The O.G. members thread.
Yeah, I used to whore it up on MIAC and then created DSMStyle as pretty much a site formyself to put up shit on my dsm. Well once we added the first forums it was all downhill.

That was late 2002 or early 2003. I've been a member since late Summer/early Fall of 2002, member 11 on this version of the forums. I believe the first time I came up to the cities and met some people was Christmas time 2003 for the DSMStyle holiday party at Allan & Jana's. I managed to get absolutely hammered and was in the bathroom puking when the cops showed up to take care of the accident report for Jenny's Grand Prix getting hit right outside the house. However, if I'm remembering back correctly, I met Mark & Nash in Decorah before that as they were in town with Allan. I think they were driving as silver GSX as Allan had already gotten rid of his silver GST.
I'm curious, what ever happened to:
-The Hudson Crew: 2003eclipse, MrRaced, & JDM
-James' brother John
-DSMAngel (who's this?)
-Tyler (xrtdac)
-Iceman
-Matt (Alpine TSi)
-Chris? (ACRucrazy)
-JoeGengsta
-NSANE & the O2 housings that were marketed by QPR
-Dane (SuperSleeper)
-Howie
-Worm (Allan, Jana; ever hear from him?)
-skymx (Is this the chick who posted a picture of herself wearing a skirt with no underwear on?)
-Kenny (TGPilot; once Mr. Flamidation valve bought his car, he disappeared)
-BUCKY

Re: The O.G. members thread.
I'm curious, what ever happened to:
-The Hudson Crew: 2003eclipse, MrRaced, & JDM --MrRaced bought a vette, JDM bought a mazdaspeed, not sure about joe (2003 eclipse)
-James' brother John --not sure
-DSMAngel (who's this?) -no clue
-Tyler (xrtdac) -has a camaro
-Iceman --got into bikes
-Matt (Alpine TSi) -still around, we worked on his GVR4
-Chris? (ACRucrazy) --Doesn't post here, but is still around
-JoeGengsta --STi, then who knows
-NSANE & the O2 housings that were marketed by QPR--I came up with the idea for those, Scott (nsane) stole it from me, now I go direct to the source, so those are the same as the LSE/LIPP (the manufacture)
-Dane (SuperSleeper)--Not sure?
-Howie ---bought a cobra
-Worm (Allan, Jana; ever hear from him?)--??
-skymx (Is this the chick who posted a picture of herself wearing a skirt with no underwear on?)--LOL!!!??
-Kenny (TGPilot; once Mr. Flamidation valve bought his car, he disappeared)--??
-BUCKY---Ask carltalon
