I wholeheartedly agree, but i do not street tune in traffic or for that matter any populated area, i always go out to the boondocks where its isolated. For example park and ride off of 35w near forest lake. There is like a mile of pretty flat clean road that is really out of the way of any driver to even take a side detour for any reason and if you go after work hours there is literally no one within a mile of you. But you are still right about risking your car, there is always a chance.

But for me the cons still outweigh the pros to get a dyno tune after every mod i get.
