No, it isn't broken. If it comes with the kit pretty cheap, why not? Seeing as turbochargers.com isn't a good place to buy from, I'll be looking somewhere else. Thanks for all of you who commented on this.

Yea i havent heard much good things bout those. i would go with a mitsu big 16g or evo 3 16g. i have mitsu big 16 and it pulls pretty damn good . my .02
