I live down in Winona but I may be interested. Any chance we can see the route so I know where abouts you're planning on going?

If you plan on eating in Winona I guess I would suggest Jefferson's. It's a good place with what should be enough space depending on how many people you get. It has a bar/dining area on one side and a non-smoking dining on the other. Green Mill is also pretty good and easier to get to but I'd assume you've probably already eaten at one of those.
