Wow that is the most disgusting safety video I have ever seen.
And I was a safety instructor/safety team member for General Mills for 6 months. (forklift operator). Those were all worst case senerio's.
I've heard of them all happening before, even seen a few (product nearly dropping on people and killing them, etc).
Only 93x would find that.
Forklifts can be and are deadly equipment. The ones I operated were 10,000lbs and could top out at 7.5mph. It doesn't sound like alot, but couple that with -11 degree weather, and you have a dangerous formula.
