I've been in Wyoming in the winter. Devils Tower area. 3ft of snow there is = to 2 inches here. Biggest threat I think here is the salt is crazy and it doesn't help... people can't drive for shit in the snow here in the cities. I think more people are afraid of someone running into their DSM. But this goes with rain as well.
