Don't torque your ARP headstuds to 110 ft-lbs and the metal headgasket might actually blow before a rod goes through the block. I have seen plenty of blown metal headgaskets. A lot of Hondas run stock metal headgaskets and they have no problem blowing them with some boost. The best way to go is to try not to blow them in the first place. It can be hard to keep a headgasket from leaking when you run high boost and nitrous together though. Even if you aren't knocking, the cylinder pressures can get very high with that combo and cause headgaskets to push coolant.
