Well, I decided to go out and buy a new bike the other day. '05 Specialized Sirrus. It's basically a commuter bike. It has alot of road bike components on it, but it uses the flat handle bars, and has more of a mountain bike stance. It's pretty sweet. It's alot better than a mountain bike for cruising around on the streets, which is why I bought it. Overall I'm pretty happy with it. It has a solid front fork, which makes it a little rough on bumpy roads, but it isn't too bad. The thing I really like about it is how fast it is on the street, compared to a mountain bike, with knobby tires.
Anyway, just thought I would share. I'll have some pics up later.
Does anyone else here like to bike? I also have an '01 Specialized Rockhopper, that I like to use on the trails, but it just wasn't meant to for the street.
