These lots are family owned. We built the whole area from farm land. City lots, golf course lots and acreage lots. Prices starting at $8,999 and up of course.
The only downfall is the lots are about 30 mins from Burnsville, which isnt horrible but I know most of you are from the metro, but if you'd like a change of scenery PM me
