To get more respect and help on these boards it will help to try to research your question on either google or these forums. Lots of questions have been asked and answered already on this board.
If you look at the top right corner by the 'new post' button there is 'search' button. Don't be afraid to use it before asking a question.
Also when people make tech post try to read as many as you can, you can learn a lot from others problems that will help you in the future.
