job help. Need to pick.

ok i have a job right now doing CNC machining of medical stuff, its really small parts and really repetitive. I have to get up at 4:15am and i work 10hrs a day. We are down to 40hrs a week at which i don't make enough to cover all my bills. If I can work 2 48hr weeks then i can make enough to pay bills.

Luckily my benefits started 1st of march and i got new glasses (they didn't pay for) and i had all my wisdom teeth pulled (still recovering).

I got offered a new job checking out foreclosed houses $4/house and averages 3-5 houses an hour. ($12-20/hr)

Here is the thing, my wisdom teeth pull hasn't gone thru yet, I can't go back to work at the shop because I am still on pain meds.
I want to quit and start the house deal cause it would be enough money for me to live and i only need a job till i leave for xray tech school in may or june. Hopefully may I should find out next week.

For now they are putting me on medical leave at my job because I have been gone all this week.

Thanks for any advice, i feel completely lost since i had no clue my surgery would be this bad, i figured i would be back to work already and maybe putting in my 2 weeks next week.

Aaron
