Bore size questions

Ok, I have no experience with engine boring so I have a few noob questions. First, my pistons/cylinders are .030"/.76mm over (I assume that is .030 off around the entire cylinder), that means total cylinder bore is now about 1.5mm over, correct? So total bore would be 86.5mm?

Also, I have a 2.3 which means I have the 4g63 block, correct? So my bore size would be the same as someone with a 2.0 with .030" over?

Does mitsu make a headgasket in this size? If not can I get a quality composite gasket in that size from somewhere else, or should I just look at the PermaTorque or other MLS?
