Sounds like he bent the arm for the fuel sender in the tank. That is pretty easy to do if you force the fuel pump back in. There is no ECU change to put a 6 bolt in, but you do need to do some modifications to do it. Any idea if he put a new CAS in? And yes, at idle you should be around 35 psi for fuel pressure.
