Dipstick blowing out at high boost

Thanks guys. I'll get the dipstick. I need one anyways so i don't have to worry about re-glueing this one again. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't quite ready for a rebuild. I want to go another year yet before i think about a rebuild or a 6 bolt.
