Squeaking from Valve Cover/PCV Valve Area

I recently changed my PCV valve and a week or so after that I started to get this continuous squeaking from that same area whenever the car is running. I thought the PCV valve was defective so I purchased another one and the sound still persists. I can't pinpoint the sound exactly but its somewhere in the vacinity of the valve cover/PCV valve area. The funny things is, it will squeak for a few seconds even after I turn the motor off like it's something internal stopping with all the internal parts. And also, I disconnected the hose for the PCV valve once just to see and the sound was barely audible. Anyone have any ideas what this could be?.. I hope it's not something internal fudging.

Car is a 97 GSX, 110,800 miles, rebuilt manual trans, 2600 clutch, mbc, catback exhaust, intake, bov.
